- 1. Those who live in Shiga prefecture and have a vaccination ticket issued by the municipalities in the prefecture or those who commute to work or school in Shiga prefecture
- 2. Those who are vaccinated for the first time at this time (the second vaccination will be done at the same venue)
- 3. Those who are 16 years or over.

There are two inoculation venues as follows.Southern venue

2.Flow of the day of inoculation
- Receptionist: You will be verified.
- Preliminary examination: Before vaccination, a doctor will ask you questions based on the pre-examination slip.
- Vaccination: Nurse will vaccinate you.
- Follow-up: You are observed for a certain period of time after inoculation.
3.Infection control
- Please be sure to wear a mask when you come to the venue. In addition, please cooperate in preventing infection by keeping a distance from people around you and refraining from talking.
- To alleviate congestion (because the waiting space is small) and shorten the waiting time, please refrain from arriving much earlier than the time of reservation but come just at the reserved time.
- It may take about 30 minutes to guide you to the inoculation site.
- Please continue to take preventive measures such as wearing a mask after vaccination.

- Inoculation ticket: Please bring the inoculation ticket sent by the municipality.
- Identity verification documents: Those that show your address such as a driver's license, health insurance card, passport, etc.
- The evidence which shows that you are commuting to facilities in Shiga prefecture: Staff ID or employee ID (which shows where you are working*), student ID, etc. *If the address of the facility is not described, please bring “Certificate of coming to Shiga Prefecture”.

5.About vaccine
- The Shiga Prefectural Wide Area Vaccination Center uses Takeda / Moderna vaccines.
- Those who are applicable to the following cases cannot be vaccinated with this vaccine or need to be careful about vaccination. If you are unsure whether or not you are applicable, whether you can get the vaccine, please consult your doctor. Also, if you think that you are applicable to the case, be sure to tell your doctor at the time of pre-inoculation.
- People who have fever clearly (* 1)
- People with serious acute illness
- Persons with a history of severe hypersensitivity (* 2) to the components of this vaccine
- Other than the above, people who are in an inappropriate state to be vaccinated (* 1) Obvious fever usually means above 37.5 ° C. However, this does not apply even if the temperature drops below 37.5 ° C. There may be a case that it is judged to be fever in consideration of usual temperature a person.
- Those who are receiving anticoagulant therapy, having disorder of thrombocytopenia or coagulopathy (such as hemophilia) someone
- Those who have been diagnosed with immunodeficiency in the past, or those who have congenital immunodeficiency in their close relatives
- Those who have disorders such in heart, kidneys, liver, blood disorders and developmental disorders

- If it overlaps with the vaccination reservation at the municipality, etc., please cancel either reservation immediately.
- Please note that the information provided by you will be also provided to the prefecture's municipalities to prevent double reservations.
- The second inoculation date will automatically be the same day of the four weeks after the first inoculation date, so please be sure to check the second inoculation date before making a reservation. (Example: If the first inoculation is on Saturday, August 21st, the second inoculation will be on Saturday, September 18th.)
